Instagram add using the QVC Factory Outlet shop as a recognizable well established name. Buy 2 Ostrich 3-in-1 lounge chair get 3 free. Charged for the 2 chairs and with taxes that came to 44.97. Was sent a tracking number by track718 (**************). Packaged supposedly made it to EAU Claire, MI and was said delivered in/at mail box. No street name or zip code. My address which is shown on tracking is * **** ***** Charlestown RI 02813. So I never received the package. Purchased order (17307) was made on July 5, 2023 by credit card. Emailed company about my order. They sent a link back but was a faulty link to tracking (unable to open). No resolution what so ever.
