This man said he owned this company called Desired Effects which is listed as a artist painting company. But on The Angi app it said he would build a privacy fence for us. He has no information on the internet, the phone number given on Angi for the business just goes to someone breathing no message. He wanted cash up front and no checks. Even though it said on Angi the company takes credit card he wasn’t able to. I believe if I would have advanced him the $1000 he wanted in advance today that I never would have seen him again.
