Online site with regard to product, using Elizabeth Hasselbeck as spokesperson. A sample was offered for which I had to pay postage only. If they did not hear from me within two weeks after receiving the sample, I would automatically be enrolled in a monthly program...I would receive a month's use of the product until or unless I cancelled. The contact information given is: Desir Brilliance Skin Cream, [email protected], phone: 888-663-0937 or 888-614-9837. I actually placed the order in error...I hit the key to order rather than to not order. I have sent them four e-mails trying to cancel the order, but have received nothing in reply. I have tried the two phone numbers provided numerous times, but the phone just rings and rings and rings many times, and then stops. The address to return the product is Hashtag Fulfillment C/O Desir Brilliance, PO Box 41542, St. Petersburg, FL 33743, no phone number, but a RMA# is required. As stated above, the phone numbers provided are never answered, so how do I get a RMA#?
