NvB - https://www.designyourposter.nl/pages/ruilen-retourneren - Design Your Poster.com indicated that he would design and ship a banner for me. I paid him $119.00 via credit card and he will not ship the banner. NvB will not give me a refund even though the website refund policy indicates "You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason." https://www.designyourposter.nl/pages/ruilen-retourneren
