I was message offered a business logo / character. I was asked to sent $35 to make it then $25 complete . Then they disappeared and no more messages answered . No art work was ever received

Promised 100% that logo they design belongs to us. As soon as you confirm design they tell claim you have to federally register it through them or they won’t release the files to you. Even if you agree they still don’t release files for your logo. Once you verbally agree to design they claimed that we agreed to these terms but nothing with these terms were presented to us. I asked for a copy of this info and they refused to provide it because they know verbally saying “I want this design” is not agreeing to anything except confirming a design. Complete scam and taking peoples money. Many reviews claim same scam
