There was a sketchy van set up across from Elmhurst hospital on New Years Eve and I went with my sister to get tested. It seemed pretty unorganized and the van looked empty compared to other mobile units I’ve tested with. They took photos of our ID and had us complete a form. I haven’t heard back after reaching out for my results and upon reading other Google reviews, I learned many other people had the same experience I did. Im concerned they have my information and bio sample because they claimed to perform a PCR test. I also took a photo of the license plate if needed.
