Called the 1-888-280-4331 to help with hacked computer. Got number from Google search, showing they were Norton, as they got on my computer they s add I’d yes you have been hacked but we can help, during call they were going to give me refund I paid Norton. As they continued they said they need to set up refund before they could do the rest. As we went into Bank account they said they would send refund. Was doing information on Bank they had a form for me to continue. The form was a Chase form ask amount to be sent, I entered $449.00 but suddenly that number changed to $4449.99 then they said the funds were sent. Person said oh No we need to get our money back, showed that the money was in my account. I looked at my Bank app and it was not there. They tried to have me send them the $4,000.00 so they won’t get in trouble, said I entered the dollar amount incorrectly. I told them it’s not in my account, that’s when they said don’t look at my bank account information. I then disconnected from them then they call me on 1-706-6690, I answered and told them I checked my account and there was not $4,449.00 in my account and they are scammers. After telling them that they have not called back.
