Purchased three products from an Instagram ad. Two wrinkle serums and one body cream. Company charged me for the full price of item even though I called to cancel the automatic subscription. They would not answer the phone and when they did they did not help with cancellation. I called five days in a row to resolve. They have no email and would not give any sort of confirmation other than verbal over the phone that it was cancelled - say they don't have email. They also want me to ship the product back for a "refund" with no sort of guarantee that I will get my money back. In my research there are four different phone numbers for this company. I called them all and was directed to the same company.
