DERMATIN SKIN and its affiliates are scam and con businesses designed to secure your credit card number to start charging and sending you products without authorization. Their products are overly priced with no real evidence to support their health/skin claims. You do much better to just shop at your local retail drug stores for skin products. You need to promptly file a complaint with your credit card to stop any and all charges. You need to file a complaint with the U.S. Postal Service Inspectors. You need to file a formal complaint with your state's or local's Department of Consumers Affairs. This type of crap business is no good and the U.S. Attorney General should investigate them for mail/credit card fraud and hold them criminally liable.

Ordered free samples and they sent no info on how to cancel. They keep charging my account and their phone number is a busy tone. Will be calling my bank and denying the next payment. Last payment they never sent any product just took out 90.00

I was on my computer just doing my thing, email, etc I may have been on facebook and all of a sudden up came an ad stating that Macy's was closing 134(?) stores. That there was an opportunity to get up to a $200 value in skin care/makeup... just pay the shipping which was $4.95 or $4.99 ( this is the CRAZY part they got me TWICE the same day) another ad appeared offering skin care products for $4.95 or $4.99, I fell for it again!!! I KNOW..STUPID!!!! They would RUSH MY ORDER, Just pay the shipping! UNBELIEVABLE!! I feel SO stupid!!! TWICE!!!! Now here comes the real kicker, they got into my credit card too!!!! They started charging my credit card through all different named companies!!! I've notified the bank, got a new debit card, then yesterday when I got my credit card bill, I checked the charges, and BAM!!! They had already hit that 4 times!!! Allure Skin, Youthful Cream, Renewing Eye Serum, Youthful Cream, SkinXHealth, JGX Skin, Skin Health, etc!!!! DON'T FALL FOR ANY OF IT!!! Canceled my credit card, and they've started a fraud investigation!

My granddaughter ordered what she thought was a sample. Now they keep sending and charging! They say she signed up for auto. No she did not!!
