There was an ad on my FB about an eye treatment that would remove under eye puffiness. It said hurry to get your free product, just pay $4.95 S&H, which I ordered, then they said I could also get the face cream for $4.95 also. I got a printed out receipt for $9.90. When I received my credit card statement, they had charged me $89.95 for each product. I called them and they said I agreed to receive full sizes if I didn't cancel within 16 days. First of all I didn't see any agreement, second of all it wasn't on any of my paperwork. I called & they wouldn't refund my money, only gave a 35% refund on one item. They listed a different phone # for each charge. The other one for the eye cream is 888-6042309, who went by Purecell. I called them, and they would not give a percentage off or a refund. They said their trial starts when you order not when you get it. Both of these items were set up to arrive monthly ongoing, which after telling them I was going to call BBB, they said they would cancel any further orders. There are all kinds of statements all over the internet that this is a scam & not even DermaSoft company, but Hydroderm Co. DERMASOFT.Com, says it is not their product & Hydroderm puts fake labels on these products and sells them. Numerous phone #'s for these phony company's, 925-524-5319 888-454-9750, for Purcell free trial scam 888-610-0751.

The free trial is a sneaky method of charging you full price, and auto-ship continues billing you for a product you do not want and do not receive. When you try and cancel they will not refund your money for the original "trial" price of $4.95. Instead they charged me $89.95 for the TRIAL! They eventually "cancelled my subscription" but would not refund the "trial price" which is advertised and originally billed at $4.95 but 30 days later charged me $89.95.

DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT!! They also charged me an additional $89 for an eye gel that I did not order. They would not refund this amount either. I am MORE than discouraged. DO NOT EVER EVER "TRY" THESE PRODUCTS!!
