I did a 14 day trial for Dermaserre face cream paying just S&H $4.99 and also the Dermaserre Eye Serum S&H $4.95, for a total of $9.94. The packages arrived with nothing with them, no paperwork with directions or anything, just the jar of face cream and in the other the pump of eye serum, right then I thought it was strange. I tried the products and few days and didn't like either, but had no paperwork or directions for return, or company contact info. Then I realized that they charged my card the monthly charge for each of the products, $89.99 and $84.95. When I contacted them after getting # from my bank. They insisted I was past the trial period and should have contacted them prior, then refused to take product back because I used it. CSR refused to transfer me to a mgr the first 3 times I requested, finally on the 4th request, I was transferred to a mgr. The mgr finally gave in, after my persistence and said the best she could do would be 33% refund.

After not being satisfied with the company and the way they acted or handled it, I went to my bank and explained what happened and ended up filing disputes on the charges. After the bank doing their investigation, the company has refunded all monies except the last one of $84.95. That claim is still open but hopefully, I will also get that back as well. During the banks investigation, they sent a copy of what they said was the order page online which was a totally different product and different company name from what I ordered from. They also sent a copy of their Terms and Conditions which stated the customer could cxl at anytime for refund just call for a RMA# (return merchandise #), which was never offered to me. They also sent copies of my order date, along with copy of deliver date, showing that the time that I received it and the time I called them was actually in my original trial period. Along with the fact that they changed their product name and company name in both copies in the dispute claim to the bank. Which is why it went in my favor.
