I purchased a trial of eye and face cream 05/24/16 totaling $10.90. I then received monthly these two items until 10/04/16 totaling the amount of $553.50. I did not order this product to be sent monthly. I did not note any agreement with the company to continue sending it. There is no paperwork submitted by this company, ie tracking number,confirmation number, email no communication. I called the company and was told that when I purchased the trial package that I had to notify them within 14 days to discontinue or would receive it monthly. Each of these small containers are almost $100.00. I feel the company engaged in fraudulent and deceptive marketing practice a scam. My bank will not pursue this company they need documentation, which I have none, wasn't given any. I am retired and was wanting something I could afford, obviously not this product. I did not catch the debit card transaction until 12/03/16 and the bank cancelled. This was also a great inconvenience making phone calls to change my credit withdrawn for other bills. I would appreciation you attention with this company scamming innocent people.
