Fine print is that the FREE TRIAL is for 18 days and after that you
will be charged full price and get AUTOMATIC MONTHLY DELIVERIES...
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A NIGHTMARE. Bought for wife and daughter - so I'm
out double...?

I
was researching skin care products, but did not complete the order
request, having changed my mind. Today I received a package of 3 items,
Auralux, DermaLuxe, and Hydra Stem Cell Serum-none of which I ordered
and I do NOT want to be charged any further charges for unsolicited
merchandise. I instructed my bank to BLOCK any further transactions
from this company as my current research says they are a scan company
and will try to bill me, and I disputing the charges.?

is a scam they took money out of my account after i didn't want there
product..96.00 is a lot of money.. after i called got no were and they
took my money don't buy?

scam they took my money $89.95 out of my account when this was suppose
to have been a free sample and was suppose to have 30 days to decide if
I want to keep receiving it with in 1 week they took $89.95 out of my
account. I call the number kept giving me the run around first they
could not locate my account , then they could find my name, then they
claim their computer froze up said call back in 20 minutes I call right
back got the same guy who pretend he did,nt know me then told me to
call number on product which I did then a lady came on found my account
offer me the product for $69.00 kept telling them I did not want THIS
PRODUCT TO CANCEL finally they gave me a cancel conformation code which
took me over a hour, they refuse to accept the return for this item.
I,m sure that was because they are planning on keeping the money.?
