Derma Lumiere Advertised for a FREE sample and only have to pay $6.95 shipping & handling; entered card information for that charge; they charged that amount twice to account; then charged card within 2 weeks the amount of $129.97, not 30 days. RUN RUN RUN RUN from this scam offer. I'm now out $129.97. I disputed that amount with my bank and the merchant came back 3 months later and charged the same $129.97 again. So for a FREE sample to pay only shipping and handling, it has now cost me $129.97, plus 2 charges of $6.95 shipping and handling, for a total of $143.87.

I signed up for a free trial of Derma Lumiere Serum & Cream. I had what I thought was 30 days to try and then decline further shipments. Derma Lumiere is now telling me I only had 8 days. They want me to pay $250.00. I said I would not and I want to try and work this out - they hung up on me. The purchase was made back in August of 2023 and they contacted me December 22, 2023 to tell me I owed the $250.00. I paid for $6.96 shipping in August. It so happens in September of 2023, my credit card had Fraud on it so credit card company gave me new cards and a new number. Derma Lumiere tried to charge my card in December 2023 but my credit card had changed otherwise I don't know how much they would still be charging me. I asked several times we have to resolve this and they just said no. You pay the $250.00, and when I said no - they hung up on me.
