I accepted an offer that was a free 30 day sample of Derma Joie LLC facial and eye cream and paid shipping cost (approximately $6.00). Nine days later my card was charged $93.80 and a day later charged another $92.85. Contacted company - they said they do not give out free samples and what I signed up for was a trial period. I told rep. that was not the offer - the offer specifically stated a free 30 day sample with shipping charge. Representative suggested that "in the future I read through all the fine print" first. I told her that after accepting the free trial and agreeing to the shipping charge, at no time did I receive notification that I was now signed up for a "Trial Period" and was going to be charged $186.65 in nine days. She did say my account is canceled and I will be credited. (we will see).
