Derm Le Mar, the scammer, posted an ad on Facebook offering a free bottle of rejuvenating facial cream. I clicked to accept the offer and they charged me $12.00 for shipping, fine. Product was delivered and it just basic lotion. But two days after I accepted their offer, my bank texted me to ask if I had just ordered something for $129. I said no! They cancelled my card and sent me a new one, thank God. I have used Bank of America for the past 30 years (since it was Fleet Bank) and this is the first time this has ever happened to me. I didn't know who tried to use my card until Derm Le Mar began calling me ten times a day after my card was cancelled from local phone numbers that were not in service to tell me that my credit card was declined and that I owe them $129 because by accepting their "free trial" I had apparently agreed to pay them $129 a month forever. They call me and very rudely harass me several times a day now. I am on Social Security and in poor health and I have to answer the calls because it could be one of my doctors calling. Sometimes, I just don't answer and I hit return call and the number is not in service. I think they are hijacking old phone numbers that are no longer in service. I have an aortic aneurysm and high blood pressure and these constant phone calls are making my blood pressure sky rocket. Please make them stop!
