Ordered from dercast.com website on June 29 2022. No confirmation email after the order.

Checked website online July 1, 2022. Said order paid only.

Checked order online July 5, 2022. No change in order status. No communication with me.

Made multiple attempts to call phone number on web page on July 5 and 6, 2022. Automated message that phone call could not go thru.

Sent message thru contact us on the website on July 5, 2022. Have had no response.

Emailed to support address on July 5, 2022. No response.

Emailed July 6, 2022 to cancel order.
