I purchased 2 crocheted stuffed animals from Natalie Marple of Derby City Fiber Art on Facebook. I paid her and she never sent the merchandise. When I tried to ask her about the items, she blocked me on Facebook. I gave her a bad review on her business page and she changed it to a positive review. I contacted my bank and opened a dispute but they said it was up to meta pay because I used them to make the payment. Meta pay refuses to give my money back. I contacted her on another Facebook account and she blocked me again. I reached out on Instagram, and got blocked. I reached out to her husband and they had split because she's a thief. I bought from her once before and everything went smoothly so I thought I'd use her again for the items and she took my money and ran. Be warned. She has an Etsy page as well that I'm also blocked on.
