SCAM, SCAM SCAM site. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM DERASTYLE. THEY STEAL tracking numbers from UPS and USPS then your items never arrive and PayPal will not refund since they got a tracking number. The website looks legit and sells headbands on their home page but when you're searching for items, in my case, two steel outdoor sling chaise lounges, you find your item through google leading to this site at a better price. You order online and get a screen pop confirmation of your order so it all looks OK. You don't get an email confirmation of your order, and when you try to login to your "account", you don't have one. Change password doesn't work, you call and the phone number rings busy for weeks. You email and never get an answer. Your products never arrive and what makes it worse is that this seller is stealing UPS tracking numbers that are legitimate expired numbers of packages that have already been delivered to your home. In my case, it was a one pound box from Amazon. I reported to Amazon, UPS and PayPal. Amazon and UPS will not breach privacy so they won't tell you who the shipper was for the package you did get in the past. The clue is that the weight of the package that this slimebag sent you is 1 lb when your order should have weighed 30 pounds. What adds insult to injury is that despite escalating to PayPal and proving that the package never arrived and telling them that Amazon confirmed that the package contained Axe men's deodorant and not lounge chairs from Derastyle, the seller wins because they're reporting that you got the package. I'm disgusted and will not use PayPal any longer unless it's for a site I know is real.

I have purchased a $99.89 item from them, but could not get in touch using the phone number and email address once my PayPal account was charged. When I finally filed a complaint with Paypal, they provided fake tracking information to them so they closed/denied my claim. I contacted UPS and was told that the tracking # had nothing to do with me or my address and it was a package that belonged to Amazon and a different customer.

So now, I have to start all over again with PayPal and prove to them that this is a scam (which now has 2 other complaints here). I see that all complaints have amount of less than $100 which is probably some legal limit for prosecution.

Ordered two lounge chairs. Used PayPal.

Disputed the purchase as I didn’t receive any confirmation or follow up on the order. I also went back to the website and it was for “headbands” and no chairs. Seller came back with a UPS tracking number that showed delivered. The package weight was .3 lbs and delivered to my city but not my house. UPS confirmed it was fraudulent. PayPal closed the dispute as the item was shown as delivered.

Ordered https://www.derastyle.com/dual-cooler-free-standing-bottle-wine-koldfront-32-zon...⇄ on June 19, 2020. Paid by Paypal. No order confirmation. Emailed seller, no response. June 24, received email from Paypal that had seller post USPS tracking number as "shipped (9400109898642974920531). That tracking number shows has having been delivered the day before and item shipped on June 13, BEFORE I PLACED THE ORDER. This was obviously a fraud at this point.

But because Paypal saw the tracking info as delivered, my claim was denied, even though the seller never responded (and there is no one to talk to at Paypal as customer service is closed due to Covid-19). I then disputed the charge with my bank as it was on a credit card.

This website is a scam. You think you are purchasing legit products but all they are doing is robbing you. The worst thing is they problem have someone working in the post office that creates fake tracking numbers from a legitimate USPS Office. This website said it was from Bakersfield but when I tracked my package it said Compton. I also placed an order on June 22 but the USPS tracking said it was delivered June 1.
