Purchased clothing items from an ad on Facebook "Derandy.com". It took 8 weeks to arrive, concerning but we have all experienced delays. Clothing items arrived, two of the items did not fit. Read over the return policy, followed instructions in detail. The company would not honor their policy, kept emailing back with some type of negotiation, "keep the items and we will pay you $12". What? I am on the 6th email in the past 5 weeks, they continue to up the price, I am now to the $50 level of negotiation but I do not believe that I will ever see my money or will I be able to actually return these items. Unreal. This company is not honoring their return policy. SCAM!!!!!!!!

Don't order from this fake company. I ordered clothing and paid $92.00. Clothing is cheap and looks nothing like pictures. I am trying to return and get no responses. There is no phone number to call, nothing but an email address. They are scammers.

Derandy appears to offer beautiful clothing on sponsored ad of Facebook. After you purchase they take more than 3 weeks for items to arrive (time to clear your credit card), the items arrive and they are terrible quality and nothing like shown on webpage, they have an email to contact: [email protected] which states it is their service team. They try to negotiate and offer you low refund $20 on $150 sale and tell you to keep the poorly made clothes. I keep requesting a full refund and to return the items. They went up in offer to 40 more dollars but still not a full refund and they do not want the items back but want to keep your money. There is no business to contact but this email. They have a warehouse address: Return Warehouse 18555 Gale Ave City of Industry, CA 91748 - it shows as a private residence online. BEWARE and do not purchase from them, you will have nothing in the end but endless communication with no return authorization and no refund.

This company intends only to create a transaction so they can keep your money.

I purchased a dress and a blouse, that in the picture looke very nice. I checked to make sure they were coming from the USA, so shipping would not take long. I needed this for the first part of April. Finally, after a month, too late for my party, they arrived. Not as pictured and material not good quality. I am a seamstress and I know cheep fabric. I have tried to contact the company and get no response. I have contacted my credit card company and reported as fraud.

I ordered 2 shirts from derandy, they were not at all what the picture looked like, they are designed like described in pictures, It took from February till today 4-5-22 to get them, I will never place and order from there again,

Buyer Beware!

I ordered two dresses in the midi length. Both are down to my ankles and are also too small. I contacted them to request a return and a refund. They asked me to keep the dresses, and they only offered me $15 as compensation (when I paid $80). I told them that this was unacceptable. What am I supposed to do with 2 dresses that don't fit? And then they keep my money? I don't think so! I have reported them for fraud with my state's AG office and the FTC. They do not honor their "Free returns within 30 days" policy even though I requested the refund within 2 days of receiving it. Not a reputable or an ethical company!

I bought a dress and tunic top. the dress looks nothing like the photo on their website.as it looks like a sack and it drags the ground. The top is just a regular button shirt and tight fitting not a tunic in the least bit. I have disputed the credit card as reading the other reviews I not messing with their scam. I wish I read this before ordering.

I got 4 tops and one dress made out of some kind of horrible fabric.
The day I got them I sent an email saying that I wanted to return them. Their reply was for me to send the sku numbers so I did. The next email said I could keep them and get 68$ in return. I replied "I want a full refund and return the clothe." Then they said I could keep the clothes and get 100$ aback. If I returned them I would have to pay postage.
My next email said their website advertised free returns. I am waiting for the next email.

Not who they say they are...clothes aren't what they say

I, fortunately, did some research before I bought the dress Derandy was advertising. Their website says a lot of things that clearly are not true.

I first decided to email them and ask for the addresses of the US locations they claim to have. After several emails, all the information I was able to get was "Elizabethport, NJ and Greenwood,IN" Neither municipality shows a business under that name.

I also did a google image search of the dress they listed in their ad as being "heavy cotton jersey" and found a listing of the same dress on a used clothing site - it's clearly the same dress, and CLEARLY not cotton jersey but a printed synthetic material. If you look in the actual listing of the dress, it's made with elastane.

The company is set up with false advertising and photo-shopped photos of merchandise. The goods/dresses received ordering from the website are substandard, cheap, and do not match the advertised photos, sizes, or dimensions. Positive reviews provided online are fake. The material for dresses is claimed to be a cotton blend but they are not. The material feels like cheap polyester. There are no tags for materials, care instructions, or indication of where the dresses were made. If you ask for a return or refund, they will offer a minimal amount in return and say--"you keep the dresses, OK?" This is their scam. If you further dispute and request a refund, they might offer slightly more, but say you have to return the dresses to Dubai and pay shipping and fees because it it too expensive for them to take returns otherwise. They have offered a maximum of 50% of my original purchase price. Two of the dresses I ordered were not as advertised for shape or fit and are unwearable. The third fit better but the hem was unfinished. The products are poorly made and probably made in a sweat shop-type of operation somewhere.
