Got a friend request through messenger by a friend. She asked if I had heard about the money given away to seniors from the Dept. of Human Resources for seniors , disabilities, etc. The friend then directed me to a person (Cynthia Evans) that claimed to be from that dept. In short you needed to send her $1000 to get the money (40,000) as a handling fee. That was the lowest one. It went upwards to getting 100,000 back if you sent more handling fees. I told her this is a scam! She showed me a certificate and a testimonial from a woman that had received money this way. I changed my Facebook password and blocked her.
