Phone call at work (how did they get my work number?) Stating I am eligible for a "Free" $9,000.00 grant - do not have to pay back!! My grant # JN1080. I asked for a phone number to call them back, they gave me this, stating it was the Dept. of Health & Human Services Finance Department 1-202-670-2874. I decided NOT to call back, as I couldn't find anything on a web site at the Dept for any "free" monies. It was a man of Indian decent I was talking to on the phone. I didn't give him any information.
