My sister and father received a call from Greg Morris at Dept of Civil Processes stating that I was to call with in 5 days in regard to case 1108666 to give a formal statement and receive support services or file an appeal. I placed call to Mr. Morris at 844.849.7251 where I had to leave a message. He returned my call the next day and informed me that I would have to pay a dept of 289.00 to first federal plus up to $1000 in fines unless I paid in full today over the phone. I ask for some documentation that this was a legitimate dept collection and he got very rude stating that at this point that was not possible, that they are not catering to me at this point due to the delinquency of payment. I offered that I will be happy to pay any dept if the I could have the documentation but he refused. He stated that the paperwork had been sent to the address I listed when the debt was accrued and stated an address that I have never lived at 23901 County RD 8 Florence Al. He then starting asking my current address because I would be served papers. I told him was still uncomfortable giving my personal info over the phone with out proper documentation and he hung on me. I believe this is a scam. I googled his name and several people were complaining that they fell for this scam.
