I smell a fish associated with Dept CA #1169. I received a very low quality mat advertised as a rug. Colors faded. There was no packing slip or receipt in the package. It was ordered so long ago that I don’t remember which card was used. I would have never ordered the item I received if it was advertised as such.

Purchased a clothing item. The company is saying the item shipped. However, Fedex is not able to locate the item. When I spoke with Fedex, the item was shipped from Dept of California #1169. This name has been used on several scams across the internet to fake sending items -as that is the only way PayPal will not refund you money. I think items shipped from this sender should be looked into.
