I ordered a Ultimate Direction Fastpack 35 Spruce but never received the product. I thought I was getting a great bargain. They had a customer service email and they were very responsive but they always had excuses for why the order wasn't shipped. After 4 months, I demanded a refund which they said they would give. It's been 5 months and no refund. Their emails never have company name or person's name.
