I reach out to the number and email through craiglist. He gave the details of the home and the application fee. Once I sent the application fee through cashapp, he sent a message stating received. Afterwards he stated I needed to pay a $1000 deposit to secure the home. I told him that no one ever send a deposit before physically looking at the place. I also told him I didn't feel comfortable and I want a refund for the application fee. He never sent the money back and stop answering my phone calls. I knew rhen I was scammed.

I reached out to a therapist on Therapy for Black Girls. I scheduled an (free) online consultation. What set off red flags was asking for the payment up front. I paid apart of of it thinking it was a great idea to schedule June 2nd and June 30th 2023. Then I researched more on her sites they all seemed suspicious. I understand I should did that beforehand but I'm happy I caught on in time. She promised a contract with a plan that was never given. Most of the addresses link back to post offices arcoss the United States. Today 5/28/23 she states no refunds considering no service was rendered. Basically, I was scammed. I have screenshots of the conversations.

He takes contracting job as Honeybee contractor and does kitchen remodeling. he charged me 250 dollars to collect money for to place an order for material and never placed an order.

Received quote from company to rent a party bus for a night out. Placed security deposit for the party bus. Received confirmation email of bus booked and deposit received. Would need to pay remaining balance 72 hours before event. Wasn't able to contact business via phone or email regarding the remaining balance (which as of right now, it's not showing they took the balance), but took deposit.
