This is one of the many numbers that I have been receiving phone calls for Richard from regarding health care. When I tell them that this not Richard or that do I not know a Richard and to take my name off of their calling list, I was informed that they could not do this unless I give them my name and my primary care physician. They claim to be calling on behalf of the state of Texas, and that it is a new policy.
