Claiming to offer assistance with utility rebates and lower energy bills. When answered, I received a recorded message. I asked to speak to a representative so I could tell them to remove me from the Call list. The woman claimed to be with the “Department of Public Utilities” and claimed to work with Edison, etc. I pushed for more info and when I stated I’d report the call, she hung up on me.
