Legal services scam to pay

Got a call from Jeffrey Woodson from the department of legal services stating that my first name last name and last for my social and where I live stating that I needed to contact them and they would send somebody to my house and my employment if I did not give them a call, I forfeit my right if I found. Gave me some reference number and demanded I pay.
I didn’t pay just some information was not adding up. Be careful it’s a scam.

They leave and automated message saying that this is the Department of Legal Services about a lawsuit and about one being made. They need correspondence in 24 hours to resolve this matter. Contact them immediately!

I received a phone call from an unknown number and it went right to voice mail as my phone is set up to automatically ignore unknown phone numbers. The person who left the message claimed to be from The Department of Legal Services and that they were going to attempt to serve me this afternoon or tomorrow with papers about a judgment being filed against me. They also rattled off my full current married nane as well as my prior maiden name along with my birthdate. They also went as far as leaving me a phone number and case number to refer to. The phone number just rings and eventually goes to an automated message that says nothing other than "leave" a message after the tone....there was no company name or anything.
