The voice message I received stated: "My department of legal affairs is intending your serious attention your case number is xxxxxx.. Ignoring this message will be an additional second attempt to avoid initial appearance before a magistrate judge or a grand jury for federal criminal offense. My number number is 315-304-6342, I repeat it's 315-304-6342. To not disregard this message and do no return the call and I don't hear from your attorney either then the only thing i can do is wish you a good luck as the situation unfolds on you. Goodbye"

It is a robotic voice that is speaking and a complete scam.
