Jeff Anderson called & claimed that I was randomly selected to receive a $9000 grant from the US Department of health and human services. He said it was from the American Recovery Reinvestment Act. He said I could get it through Moneygram, bank account deposit, or loaded on my debit or credit card.He gave me a grant approval ID number & number to call for the transaction manager. I called 202-656-4764 & Jane Cooper(x1021) told me that I had to pay $250 with an EBay card which would be refunded with the $9000 grant money.

I called the 910-668-0263 number and talked with Thomas Smith said he worked for the Department of Health & Human Services bonus.. This is a grant scam asking me to pay clearance fees to get the grant money in the amount of $1000 to $10000.
