A person claiming to be a part of the before mentioned agency stated he was a lawyer and told me my bank account was closed when a debtor tried to get payment. He threatened that I committed fraud. I hung up and called my bank and they said the guy was a scam. I searched and there is no Department of Financial Regulations in my state so I called the Department of Financial Institutions and they informed me it was a scam.
