Both callers with Indian accents. First call from phone # 202-681-8664. Said I was one of 1700 chosen for a federal program called arra act of 2009. To receive a grant for $8500 that I can use for whatever I want. Gave me a confirmation #WL3325 & was told to call 202-681-8664. Called and was told it was the federal grants dept & the grant was from human services dept. Of grants. Was finally told the money was coming from the federal bank of NY & I could pick up $8,500 money gram or western union at Walmart after I send them $250 to make sure there were no "clerical errors". IDK if this is a scam or not but it sounded highly suspect & people that don't know better may fall victim so I thought I would report it.
