"Bruce Davidson" sent me a friend request on Instagram in December. He told me he was on active duty in Kabul, Afghanistan and would be back in the states in 4 months. He asked me to join Hangups and we could talk better on there. We talked for a week or so then told me that his Captain told him he was not allowed to have any communication with anyone other than those who were on his FFA plan. He told me I would have to contact the Department of Communications and request to have communication access to him. I followed his request and replied to the emails. I have attached a picture of the that stated how much I would have to pay and where to send the payment. After I told him I would not be paying any money to communicate with him, he told me to buy an Apple IPhone7 and he would tell me what to do with it next. I refused to do that as well and blocked all communication.
