This number has called several times within the past year to get us to pay money from a pay day advance that was done over 10 years ago. The funds were repaid 2 seperate times. But they continue to call. Saying that a certified letter was mailed to us, but it has never been received. They want payment at the time of call to stop further calling and to not have to appear in court.

My ex-husband had a voicemail from a so-called investigator calling in regards to a file complaint against a name that I don't go by anymore. I called the phone number back that that investigator provided and left voicemails telling them explicitly to not contact my ex husband's family and my family. Then this morning I have received a call from a different investigator from the same so-called company wanting to discuss the voice mails I have left and regarding the paperwork.

This gentalmen says we have check fraud and must pay a certain amount of money or we will be arrested.

When we questioned this so called check he said his field investigator has all that information and we needed to talk with him..after several phone calls we were able to talk to field investigator Jensen who said my husband owed for a check fraud and he needed to come and arrest him unless he pays..my husband told him to come arrest him then because he knows he has no check fraud..The investigator became angry and said our address to us which was correct and he would be by in 20 minutes to arrest my husband...He never showed!!!! These people have harassed my two sons my son's wife's parents which is just unacceptable....we will be contacted the area police to report this scam...My one son who lives in another state has a unlisted phone who these people had found somehow and called him....these people need to be stopped!!!!'
