Offered to reduce student loans to zero through supposed Obama act to forgive student loan debt. $550 fee charged to Cr Cd - company showed up there as Denovo Enterprises, Boca Raton FL; this name was not used in the phone conversation. They called themselves "My Student Loan Help Center" and that (with ,com) was the website. We have called our CrCd Co. and LifeLock as well as our Credit Union and Post Office. We will also contact the SSA concerning SS #. I hope somebody catches them!
