Received an email from allegedly Kaitlin Kerwin of Demos.org to contact Kalin Drzewiecki-Sezer about a job interview. Preliminary interview was conducted via Google Hangout. Claimed phones were an issue so not to contact them. Went through the motions - these guys were good - correct grammar, appropriately placed logos on correspondence. etc. Came back the next day with offer of employment and asked to where to send a check to purchase equipment, that was to be placed under my name. A counterfeit check arrived via express mail and they asked me to deposit and use their vendor to purchase equipment. I pretty much stopped at that point as the correspondence was getting a little indignant as to why I did not deposit the check. subsequently, I blocked the alleged scammers from Google Hangout
