I placed the online order on 11/26/2022. Demonstratey sent an email with the order confirmation, confirmation #, and tracking site info. The product ordered was a "Golf Training Mat for Swing Detection Batting" and I ordered two of the product at $39.99 each with shipping insurance of $1.60, totaling $81.58 USD. I've emailed the customer service email address 3 times asking for updates and have only received apologies for the delay in shipping. it is now 1/25/2023 and I still have not received the product and no other shipping info is provided on teh shipping site tracking-hub.com

There is no phone number on the site or emails, but this complaint form would not let me go further, so I put (999)999-9999.
