I was notified by email to fill out a survey and for my reward would receive a gift for doing so. I would only be charged for shipping and handling of the gift. Then I was charged the shipping fee and also a charge for the full amount of the gift as well. These two charges appeared on my bank account. I called the company and was told they would be taken off my account. They were not and I called again and they said they had not received any calls from me. However I had a name and a badge number of the employee who told me he would take care of removing the charges. His name was Jeff, badge number 0062. The second call I was told by a Lotis badge number 257 that they would not remove the charges and by agreeing to the shipping and handling fee I would also subscribed to a membership with their company. I never agreed to any such thing. This is very frustrating when dealing with so much fraud. I would like to have some help with making these people held for accountability for these scams. I want to get these fees removed from my bank account.
