I ordered an Apple Watch band for my sister for her birthday about 3 weeks ago. I understand shipping is currently delayed right now because of COVID-19, so I reached out to USPS to make sure they even received my package. However, they did not receive it. I let "Delux Cases" know and they said they definitely shipped it and would contact me as soon as they found out what was happening. It's been about 2 weeks now and they have not reached out to me. I still haven't received my item. While looking into this company I realized that they have no reviews on their website or social media. It seems like a brand new website as well. It's very sketchy and I wish I had done my research before giving my money to these frauds.
