The magic number is 714! I just received the scam e-mail from Delta Recovery Services claiming I had an unpaid cash advance from "Cash Advance" for $714.00 that I could "settle" for $436 today. The exact same amount of debt and payoff as everyone else - ha ha ha! Same "case manager," same threats, same everything. Of course, I have no outstanding cash advance debt -- I've never had a cash advance of any kind in my life. If you get this scam e-mail DO NOT RESPOND - they'll only get worse. Report it and block it, but don't give the scammers any response.

I keep receiving emails from Delta Recovery Services, stating I owe $714.00 but would one time payment of $436 online saying I owe money to a cash advance or Advance cash but I don't I have contacted the company in which they are referring I owe and the company said their selve that I never had a account with them now or in past so I am sending this to you

Just received an email from this company. I have dealt with payday loans in the past but haven't in the past 5-7 years. I did my research and see the exact email others have received is identical to mine... The holidays are coming, so everyone be cautious!

Definitely a scam. Received an email stating I owe $714 to a cash advance (which is not true nor have I ever gotten a cash advance). So beware of sender for these people.

I have received multiple emails from this company with threats of me being sent to jail.

False information for a debt that is definitely not mine! Therefore I am reporting this company as scam and hopefully they will be investigated for their unlawful practices!

Three emails from these people turned up in my spam folder today demanding money for a $714.00 cash advance from "Cash Advance Inc." and if I don't pay 36% of the amount today, dire things will occur.

The emails contain poorly constructed sentences and vague threats; genuine debt collection agencies do not send letters like this.

Payday loans have been illegal in Arizona for almost a decade, and the ones I did have were paid off long ago.

So...delete.

These guys showed up in my email demanding money for a pay day loan i never asked for or received. First thing i did was look for a phone number in the e-mail i could call or a location i could visit to find out what was going on. Couldn't find either. I feel like it is a scam hoping someone to stoned remember if they got a payday loan.

These guys recently sent me an email this Tuesday saying that if I don't respond within hours the lawsuit would begin. Their client was Cash advance (speedy cash) and I never did any loans with these people. What's more is its tagged by them as *urgent*.. it has me extremely worried...
