I believe FrankLine Milner d/b/a Delta Pet Cargo is working in concert with a fake breeder, Shonie Shanes in Mount Vernon, WA. I bought a chow chow puppy for $650 with $300 for delivery from WA state via Minneapolis to VA. I got a tracking number but then an email that the puppy was stopped in transit in Minneapolis because it needed a travel vaccine ($290) and a replacement crate, the cost of which would be refunded to me for the most part. I paid an additional $2470 after coordinating with the breeder, who assured me that she would reimburse me for the costs. No puppy ever materialized. They scammed a total of $3420 from me.

I went on an ad on Craigslist with a person saying they were giving up two puppies for adoption. I sent her a text and emailed her and she responded back about a day later saying thanking for the interest in her puppies. She told me the reason why she couldn't keep them anymore. And she also wanted to know why I wanted them. I explained to her that I have a special needs uncle and that it'd be nice for him to have companion. We continued to email and told me that I'd need to pay $300 for the shipping and delivery if the puppies. And that a pet shipping company would contact me asap to tell me on how to pay. I now recognize hat it was a scam because they sent me to pay it at a money gram. I have never done this before so I was clueless. I payed the $300 and they later told me that they would be flying soon and would be delivered at my house. I later then got an email that I would get them this morning because they needed to make a ver stop in Alabama. So they'd be delivered at my house around 11:00 am. This morning I got an email saying that the puppies could not be delivered because they discovered that they didn't have pet insurance, and that in order for them to be delivered I needed to pay a fee that would be refundable. Soon after the "company" called me regarding the email, I was so upset and told them that they couldn't charge because it wasn't mentioned before and I don't have the money. I told them that I either wanted the puppies shipped to my house without paying the insurance. The person then told me to clam down that they would come up with a solution for me to have the puppies today. Right at this moment, the lady is telling me that if we don't pay, they will press charges. I have no idea what to do. I payed $300 because that's what they told me and now it's a scam. I'm not sure if I can get my money back, but I hope I do. They claim that they aren't scamming me but I think they are. Also it's more than one scammer I think.
