When you call this faucet company’s customer service (I know it is so odd), their telephone immediately answers, “if you are a customer 55 years or over, we have a great deal for you, then the prompt said for customers 55 yesrs or older press 1 (???!?!), if you are a customer 65 years or over, press 2. No other possibilities were forthcoming. At that point, I think I pressed 1. Within 2 secs a lady picked up and pushily started to sell me what I think was a medicare plan. What the heck?!?! I called to get warranty on a faucet that broke. This is a scam as I’ve never encountered before and it’s a huge deal to me. It’s a breach of my privacy asking for my age, and a total misrepresentation of a company with a supposedly trusted brand name. I trust when I call the warranty customer service of a company, that somebody answers the phone that representing the product that I am calling about. Instead I got this very pushy sales approach on a totally unrelated product.
