When placing my order for one king size pillow I was charged for four. No chance to review your order before finalizing the purchase, so I called them immediately asking to modify the order. Could barely understand the person but was told it would be modified within 24- 48 hrs. Then I got the invoice for four pillows and was told it was too late to modify the order and to go thru the return process. Not having any luck with that, and from what I've heard it's a waste of time due to the fact that returns are to be sent to Lithuania at your expense and must be received within 30 days of purchase. What a scam. Thought this company was legit but it appears they are NOT. Terrible customer service too!
