After using Dell analysis tools indicating I had a hard drive issue, on 10/28/2020 I purchased Single Incident Support for hard drive repairs via Express Support Service (7-10 day). I was charged $184.21 with the order on 10/28. After receiving packaging supplies and instructions, the computer was shipped UPS to arrive in the first few days of November.

Dell’s Repair Checklist directed me to www.dell.com/depot to “track your repair”. My online checks on that site returned the message “We’re Sorry. The page you requested may no longer exist on Dell.com. Red Flag. I tried a second time to reach out through the telephone number on Dell Support (10:30am on 11/13) and no one could give me a status. Finally on 11/30 (11:40am) I tried again and the agent could not give me a status. At that time I asked for the computer to be returned with a full refund and a week later - No Action.

I feel certain this is a Scam.
