The scammers are claiming they are from Dell Customer Service or Tech support and they say that some of the services/programs that came with the computer from the factory have expired/ stopped working. They have called me several times and explain to me that they need me to log onto my computer so they can guide me through the processes to get the programs running again. When I told them that I don't have my computer readily available at the moment, they say that they will call back at a later date. I have received at least one call from this group every day for the past week.
