Called for help with computer issues. Supposed to be affiliated with Dell Computer company according to the information about the company. Wanted to charge me $250.00 to pay for Windows 10 license that I had previously down loaded. Needed me to pay in advance for technical help over the phone. Total charge was to be $450.00. Spend 3 hours over the phone will no help at all. Told me that they would send someone to my house. Said, I was done. Called credit union.....they were familiar with the scam. They keep you on the phone to have enough time for your credit card pay. Had to get new credit card. Computer Techs at Best Buy said, the kind of scams is happening every day. There is no charge for Windows 10. They continue to call me. Please warn people to not get taken by computer scams.
