It was an ad for a lifelike puppy that ran by batteries and acted like a real puppy. The price was 16.95 and a second one at discount for 15 dollars. I ordered in October for my granddaughter and great-granddaughter but it never came. I contacted them about the delivery and they told me that they were swamped and it would be coming soon. The money had come out of my account and went to Shopper's Delivery. I contacted them again in November and they said they had no information on my order and I was told to send them the info they had sent to me. They had never sent me anything. By this time I realized they were not going to send me anything. I waited 2 more weeks before going to my bank and requesting a refund. The bank has given me a temporary refund and it is now December 30. I received 2 stuffed dogs that do absolutely nothing on yesterday. Please do not buy from these people. I am unsure if the bank will take the money back or not, but if you see Delivery Trends/ Delivery Trendz or Shopper's Delivery......RUN!!
