I was contacted by ZipRecruiter for a job with DDI delivering from Walmart to customers in my area. I applied, gave all personal information, consented to a background ck, was approved, set uo the Spark app to begin receiving trips and haven't heard anything since. It's been 2wks+/- and I've tried contacting the support numbers and emails given but it's a runaround. The call refers you to an email and the rmail refers you to the phone numbers. After trying several options I tried voicemail and the message says it's full! There is no other way to reach anyone. Directory assistance doesn't even have a number listed for DDI, INC! I see nothing but negative reviews online from other employees, and ScamPulse.com has rated them an "F" Now they have ALL my personal, sensitive information and I have no way to reach them or to deactivate my account. I can't believe they haven't been shut down!!
