Bought two 13wk old papillon puppies from supposed seller. She shipped/ delivered through this company. After seller dropped puppies off delivery company emailed me stating I now needed to purchase life insurance for the puppies or they can't be shipped, if I didn't purchase this insurance I would be charged with abandonment which is considered a felony. After going back and forth with the seller as to who should pay for the insurance, I sent $680.00 via Western Union to the delivery company. After this there were unforeseen layovers which pushed back delivery. I then received an email stating the woman I had the Wester Union transfer mad out to had a family emergency and I needed to have a new transfer made out. After still trusting in the human race I made a new transfer and I just received word that the anti-stress vaccine that was giving during delivery was too much and both puppies have passed away.
